After “hands-on” training in the events industry and a degree in media and cultural studies, Hendrik’s path first led into the world of interactive events and digital communication. Even then, it was about making complex content understandable and bringing people together — today that no longer happens in conference rooms, but on digital platforms.
Since 2020, Hendrik has supported international clients with the rollout, further development, and operation of SHOWCASE. As the link between departments, users, and development teams, he ensures that requirements turn into working solutions.
At RMH, he’s responsible for topics around customer support, account management, and project management in the SHOWCASE space. Starting September 2026, he’ll additionally take on the role of Head of Customer Support. His focus is on reliable customer relationships and products that create real value, built on open communication, pragmatic solution-orientation, and the conviction that good software should above all make people’s work easier.
